The Karl and Mary Jo Wegner Health science Information Center (the Center) is a library that provides Information services for healthcare practice, education, and research. Much of the Center's support is provided by its eight healthcare and education organization partners. The primary service areas include reference, resources, instruction, and outreach. For the year ended june 30, 2023, the professional staff in the library performed 2,014 Information consultations, answered 2,583 questions for users of the Center, provided education on research skills to over 1,467 people, and received 27,068 visits to the quality electronic resources.
