Homefirst: engaged 842 homeless men women and children on the streets of multnomah county 293 homeless households (individuals) placed in housing.
Homebase:we adapted and continue to use an essential services model to provide mail, hygiene, survival gear and food support during covid 19 pandemic. Provided a daily average of 75 meals, 15 hygiene kits and mail services to 100 people experiencing homelessness. We also provide an average of 25 folks daily with survival gear.
Housing2stay: made 14,104 home visits to 272 formerly homeless tenants, 89% 12-month successful housing retention rate.
