John B Pierce Foundation

To conduct basic research on the interactions between physiological systems and the stresses imposed by the modern environment with the goal of optimizing these interactions to improve human health and comfort. The John B. Pierce laboratory, inc. (also an organization exempt under section 501(c)(3)) was organized for the same educational and scientific purposes as those of the John B. Pierce Foundation. The Foundation is classified as a supporting organization under internal revenue code section 509(a)(3) and supports the scientific research of the John B. Pierce laboratory, inc.
