Islamic Society of Stillwater

The main purpose of the iss is to provide service to its member. Services rendered to members include the facilitation of the performance of the Islamic weekly congregation, the friday prayer, to facilitate the 5 daily prayers , to organize ramadan activities, holding the celebration of the two eids every calendar year, to help the community to participate in social and sports activities, educating children and youth on religion and the arabic language, holding public events to further friendly relations within the greater Stillwater community, holding public educational programs and providing scholarly information and references to Oklahoma state university students and northern Oklahoma college students.
