Alliant Energy Landing is an open air pavilion used to host events during the fair and warmer months of the year
The top two program service project expenses were itemized in Part II pursuant to instructions. The remaining program service expenditures consisted of promotion and advertising expense and smaller renovation and maintenance expenses to the State Fairgrounds. See Part IX for an itemization of other program services expenditures.
Elwell Park Phase 2 was completed, it added additional seating to the Grandstand as well as a roof and a press box. The facility is used for dirt track and other outdoor events
