Iowa Association for Justice

The Association undertakes strategic public relations, communications and media advocacy enterprises to edcuate the public about, and build public appreciation for, iowas Justice systems; and to help iowans understand the importance and relevance of fair and impartial courts for all.

The Association provides advocacy for its members by actively lobbying members of the Iowa general assembly during each annual legislative session. The Association opposes legislation that would limit liability or wrongdoers, works to extend rights to iowans who are denied appropriate access to our Justice systems, and advocates the removal of litigation barriers that unduly burden iowans who are pursuing Justice in the courts.

Planning and organization of annual convention for members, providing opportunities for networking with peers and educational seminars. Other educational programs and seminars are sponsored by the Association throughout the year providing opportunities for members to obtain continuing legal education..
