Program areas at Invision Customized Services
Residential living: an integrated residential and vocational program designed to provide continuous staff support that is Customized to the unique needs of each person served. The individuals supported are directly involved in deciding what they need to achieve their vision of success. This means that people with disabilities can live in their own homes and lead meaningful lives.
Community supports:designed to provide community-oriented and interest-based activities, plus therapeutic skills, to better integrate the people we support into their families and communities. This program enhances each person's social and decision-making skills, connections to the communities in which they live, and a sense of personal responsibility.
Employment supports:developed to provide highly Customized Services to help people with disabilities find and maintain employment. Beyond finding a job, our process develops a relationship with each individual, identifies what they want out of a career, creates a comprehensive career guide, and spends time on the worksite to ensure a smooth transition for both the employee and employer.
