Interventional Associates of Memphis, PC (iam) is a nonprofit educational, research and charitable organization incorporated in the state of Tennessee that engages in the practice of Interventional radiology in connection with ut medical group, inc., a Tennessee 501(c)(3) organization, and that fulfills the academic, teaching and research responsibilities of the faculty physicians in the connection with the university of Tennessee health science center (uthsc) college of medicine.during the reporting period Interventional Associates of Memphis, PC (iam) was in the process of the winding down its operations as ut medical group, inc. no longer practice in Interventional radiology and the associated contracts with iam were cancelled.
