Program areas at International We Love U Foundation East Coast Region
The Intl. WeLoveU Foundation has been organizing cleanups near beaches, parks, mountains, and streets under the environmental campaign Clean WORLD Movement since 2008 to achieve clean water, oxygen, life, and descendants. In 2022, volunteers nationwide removed thousands of pounds in trash through environmental cleanups and helped plant trees as part of Mom's Garden Project, which aims to plant 1 million trees by 2026.
The WeLoveU Foundation promotes healthy living and the well-being of all people. Since 2008, WeLoveU has been hosting worldwide blood drive to save lives and combat blood shortages. In 2022, WeLoveU hosted small to large-scale blood drives nationwide to provide patients with life-giving resources.
The Intl. WeLoveU Foundation's education initiative is a growing umbrella with various programs. In 2022, WeLoveU organized WeLo's Winter Weather Clothing Drive, donating new winter coats and accessories to children ages 5-10 in under-served neighborhoods. WeLoveU also organized Packs on Backs and Tools for Schools, which provided thousands of students with new backpacks and school supplies to alleviate families' burdens from the financial hardship of back-to-school shopping. Lastly, WeLoveU planned We Love Our Schools, where volunteers painted a school's doors in Philadelphia.
Volunteers participated in enhancing comunity well-being by revitalizing a park in Northeast Phildaelphia and also recognizing volunteer's efforts.
