Exp delivers work-based learning experiences to over 6,350 high school students across 19 pathways at 10 high schools throughout southern California. Exp engages over 400 industry leaders as board members, speakers, mentors, and internship providers to provide support and resources to educators, helping to integrate work-readiness into the classroom.exp partners with local industries and high schools to deliver innovative, career-based curriculum that inspires students to explore high-skill, high-growth career opportunities.
