The ISO receives around 17,500 phone calls and emails a year asking for help. The ISO also processes over 6,200 literature orders for educational recovery literature. The ISO provides a public website which contains educational materials and meeting locations for our Twelve Step recovery meetings. The website also contains information for the media and mental health professionals on its recovery program. The ISO receives about 30,000 unique inquiries on its website each month. The website contains a set of questions to help people identify if their sexual behaviors are a problem.
