The Insight Project for Kids NFP teaches stress management, self-regulation, and emotional mitigation skills to students, teachers, and parents. The organization aims to reduce stress, decrease violence and increase the overall health and well-being of youth and society. In 2022, the Insight team taught Stress Management Solutions to 1,000 public school students in elementary and high schools. Additionally, during their 4th annual Angel Mamas Event, they provided grief counseling and de-stressing spa services to 20 grieving mothers who lost loved ones.
