B) data Sharing and dissemination-provide a dedicated network alerting members and others to new and emerging threats, risks and other vulnerabilities. Provide a dedicated forum for members and others to share Information about best security practices, security breaches and their remediation, and other Information relevant to Information technology security. C) meetings-hold one annual meeting of members, as well as special meetings as needed, as may be appropriate to further the purpose of the organization.
