The Indy Hub Foundation aims to attract, engage, educate, and motivate young professionals of all varieties to make Indianapolis an even greater place to live, work, and play. Through its Meet Indy program, they recognize the importance of building meaningful connections to neighborhoods, amenities, culture and people to be happy and prosperous in their home. Additionally, with its Explore Indy program series, attendees can foster a sense of belonging in the community and identify ways they can contribute. Program areas at Indy Hub Foundation

Indyvolved - indyhub's largest annual event, providing a volunteer fair for the community's young professionals. More than 115 nonprofits exhibit in Indy's central library, showcasing volunteer and board opportunities for more than 2,000 participants.
1828 leadership project - annual leadership program which convenes a cohort of 18-28 year olds to engage with corporate, civic, and philanthropic leaders. Program focuses on leadership development, community building an actionable outcomes for participants.
Meet Indy -research shows that each year, 1 million young adults pick up and move. Atindyhub we know that building meaningful connections to neighborhoods, amenities, culture,and people is crucial to being happy and prosperous in the place you call home. The meet indyproject is customized just for you. The indyhub team will learn more about you and thenconnect you to one of our incredible city ambassadors. They'll sit down and learn about you- your likes, your dislikes, what makes you get out of bed in the morning, and the things that youenjoy when you aren't at work. All of that information is key as it plays into the next step-wherewe connect you to our friends and peers from other Indy organizations so you can deepen yoursocial capital and engagement in Indy.
Explore Indy - indyhub's explore Indy program elevates the people and spaces that make indianapolis home. The explore Indy series provides several ways for attendees to foster a sense of belonging in our community and to identify ways they can have an impact through city exploration. Participants reported that they met new people, built meaningful friendships, and were introduced to new spaces and amenities to deepen their connection to the city.
Community engagement - meeting with committees and members of the community which are looking to engage more with indyhub and the audience.
