Indianapolis Interfaith Hospitality Network provides food and shelter to families experiencing homelessness as well as case management services to assist families with dependent children find housing and address issues that caused homelessness.
Indianapolis Interfaith Hospitality Network began an aftercare program in 2014. The goal of the program is to work with families who have left the shelter for permanent housing with continued case management services to reduce the chance that a family will return to homelessness.
