Program areas at IMRC

General relief work, Zakat/ Poor Feeding, Orphan support/Covid Medical Relief/expenses were spent on building hospitals, clinics, schools, and other major relief work:2310 Orphan/destitute children were supported with food, clothing, educational and tuition assistance Health-care assistance with vaccines, checkups, screening for the poor and destitute; Year-round clinics which assess thousand of patients.
Education ProgramsSkill Development Centers in Bihar:In partnership with the Government of Bihar, IMRC took on this new project of establishing 10 new Skill Development Centers which focus on vocational trainingand computer skills. All 10 centers have been established and running beyondcapacity. From the 10 centers more than 2400 students have finished the program and moved on to finding employment. As a result of our quality program and performance we are invited to open 12 more centers in other districts of Bihar. Itnow costs $30,000 to start a new center.12 Skill Development Centers Benefitting over 650 studentsChallenger Civil Services Academy:The Challenger Civil Services Academy was created to guide and prepare students to become strong leaders and help bring about change. This academy will provide precise study material prepared by experts in the field to prepare students for the Indian Administrative Services and other civil service exams. 1600 students graduate from the Civil Service Academy each year.
Program - India health initiative:Medical professionals from the US team up with physicians in India to provide health care in rural areas. Patients who may have never seen a doctor or cannot afford treatment get a chance to be seen and receive medicine, minor procedures, and more.104,207 Patients were treated/seen through our Heath care Program.PROGRAM: INDO-US HOSPITALThe Indo-US Hospital multi-specialty hospital and diabetes research center was built to provide affordable and quality health care for the poor. We provide dialysis, eyeSurgeries and regular checkups at a free or low subsidized cost. We now have a department of cardiology, ICU, gastroenterology, laparoscopic surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, and obstetrics.In 2023, the Indo-US Hospital 9,600 Dialysis sessions performed.745 eye surgeries performed out of which 383 Free Eye surgeries performed.104,207 Patients were treated through our Healthcare program.Opened our 2nd Indo-US Hospital site in Toli Chowki.
