Program areas at Imagine Museum Corporation
In 2022 we led a celebration of the united nations year of glass. We collaboratived with local artists to showcase the Florida transformation exhibit encapsulating Florida's transformation over the millenia. Our Museum tours continually improved in variety and content exemplifying the organization's commitment to advancing the appreciation of glass within historical and contemporary contexts. We actively fostered community connections through glass coast studio encounters inviting guests to explore neighboring glass studios in st. petersburg which cultivated a sense of community among glass enthusiasts. Our virtual programming provided a digital platform for viewers to explore our glass collection and connect with artists and curatorial experts. Our dedication to accessibility was emphasized by offering free admission to various groups including veterans, military personnel, and first responders. Free admission was also facilitated by partnerships with public libraries. We continued to offer discounts in ticket pricing to build our data base of constituents and supporters. Through the above actions general admission increased 65% and retail sale grew 48% over the prior year affirming Imagine museums' success in advancing the objectives of the united nations year of glass across physical, digital, and public realms while prioritizing community accessibility and engagement.
