The purpose of the plan is to support and provide Training opportunities for eligible participants that improve existing skills, develop new skills and focus on the safest way to perform the work of the crafts.
The career pathways program seeks to attract new and diverse talent and improve the preparedness for film industry-related careers, create a pathway which will make it easier for job seekers to pursue a career in the Entertainment industry and to ensure California has a trained workforce needed to support the Entertainment industry.
