Provide social and psychological counseling services for families and children on the westside of chicago. Over 476 clients served.
Wellness HEALS is a Crisis response system for the North Lawndale Community in Chicago that is designed to reduce emergency room visits and psychiatric hospitalization resulting in improved health outcomes.
An 18-month therapeutic, life coaching, healthy life model of care that exposes 13-17 year old youth, who are at the greatest risk of being perpetrators or victims of gun violence in Chicago, to life changing clinical services and exposure activities that will help them realize the urgency of safety, exploringbmore of what life has to offer, academic engagement and a meaningful future that they live to enjoy and contribute to as they become healthy decision-makers who along with their parents
