Human Resources Authority provides opportunities for people of all ages and means to improve their quality of life through advocacy, education, housing, nutrition, volunteerism, and support services. Its volunteer program invites participants to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering in various communities. The authority's weatherization and energy program helps low-income families permanently reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy-efficient. As a result of this program, 283 individuals have benefited so far.
