The Eastern Iowa Hindu Temple and Cultural Center

The organization successfully progressed with The construction of our 5,000,000 dual-purpose Hindu Temple and Cultural Center facility. The Temple is designed to serve The spiritual and religious needs of The community, while The attached Cultural Center is explicitly planned to engage and connect The youth with traditional indian and Hindu culture.while construction continued, we conducted weekly religious services and major festival celebrations in temporary spaces for an average of 200-500 devotees. Concurrently, we laid The foundation for our youth and community initiatives by planning and organizing weekly bal vihar classes for kids, foundational planning for youth festivals, and structuring our every-sunday community meal programs designed to bring families together to discuss and preserve their rich heritage
