Hilton Head Island Swim Team promotes and encourages the growth, enjoyment, and development of competitive swimming by providing swimmers with the opportunity to reach their full potential through dedication, perseverance, and hard work. With three professionally trained coaches, children aged 5 to 18 learn to swim and compete while training up to 17 hours a week for our older swimmers. The team has 65 to 75 swimmers.

Program areas at Hilton Head Island Swim Team

Children between the ages of 5 and 18 learn to Swim and compete under the guidance of our three professionally trained coaches. We have 65 to 75 swimmers on the Team, training from 3 hours a week to up to 17 hours a week for our older swimmers. The Team competes in Swim meets on average once a month, including small meets hosted close to home, state and regional competitions, and national level meets.
