KU Hillel connects Jewish students to each other and to their Judaism, inspires and equips the next generation of Jewish leaders and builds a thriving Jewish community on campus. We are developing Jewish adults delivering the Jewish future. The University of Kansas has emerged as a destination school for Jewish students from all around the country. Our strong Jewish community provides numerous opportunities to connect to Jewish life both on and off campus. At the heart of it all is KU Hillel, widely regarded as one of the most innovative and impactful Hillels in the entire country. Jewish leadership is a cornerstone of the KU Hillel mission. Our goal is to equip the next generation with the skills they need to take on leadership roles in their communities after they graduate from college. KU Hillel has a robust leadership curriculum that provides students with opportunities to explore the Jewish identities while strengthening their leadership abilities.
