Raise funds to benefit and foster the goals of the Henryetta Public School system and the City of Henryetta-On June 11, 2022 Highway to Henryetta music festival was held in Henryetta, OK at Nichols Park bringing in over 5,000 ticket holders from not just OK cities, but many surrounding states as well. The day long festival hosted by Henryetta's own Troy Aikman was headlined by Oklahoma native Blake Shelton and included performances by Pat Green, Josh Abbott Band, Wade Bowen, Stoney Larue, George Dunham and the Bird Dogs, Steve Helms Band, as well as six additional performers. The successful festival brought much of the community together to support the vast needs of this community and the public school system. The festival brought revenue to the city in all aspects including lodging, revenue for local businesses, and sales tax revenue.Grants were provided to the Henryetta Public School system to further educational needs, agricultural education and athletic program needs.
