Data for harcs triennial coachella valley community health survey was collected in 2022 and released to the public on february 28, 2023. A total of 75 unique individuals downloaded the electronic version of the executive summary report from harcs website during fy 23-24. The most common use for the data is using it to prioritize health needs in the community followed by applying for a grant or other funding. American lung association: tobacco use attitude surveys among residents of cathedral city and palm desert. 4. Betty ford center: community health needs assessment and implementation strategy plan. 5. Boys & girls club of palm springs: evaluation of their cannabis education center to address cannabis reduction, prevention, and diversion for teens. 6. Building resilient communities: qualitative analyses of the community resiliency summit reconvenings to create a continued roadmap to resilience report. 7. Coachella valley mosquito and vector control district: community survey and focus groups for the eastern coachella valley related to mosquito abatement issues among spanish-speaking households. 8. Data equity center at the university of California, los angeles: part of a roster of consultants available for technical assistance related to promoting data equity. 9. Dap health: evaluation of a universal basic income project for low- income clients of dap health and/or queer works. 10. First 5 riverside: creation of five community profiles for each of the supervisorial districts, including both secondary data and a customized survey. 11. Head start: a needs assessment focused on families with children under age five for coachella valley unified school district, desert sands unified school district, and palm springs unified school district. 12. Innercare: client satisfaction surveys for more than a dozen medical and dental clinics in riverside and imperial counties. 13. Kaiser permanente: evaluation of a grant funding of national medical respite programs across 20 locations. 14. Regional access project foundation: mental health needs assessment for residents of the city of blythe and surrounding areas. 15. Riverside community health foundation: evaluation of the transformative climate communities (tcc) initiative. 16. Riverside university health system public health: study on overdose prevention and intervention for the riverside overdose data to action (roda). 17. Riverside university health system public health: violence prevention and community safety study among riverside county residents. 18. San diego county: creation of five community profiles focusing on community-based assets in underserved communities. 19. South coast air quality management district: creation of an environmental health report for the coachella valley using calenviroscreen data. 20. Starting over: evaluation of a rental assistance program for formerly incarcerated individuals. 21. Starting over: evaluation of the warm hand-off (who) program, which helps people find housing after being released from prison. 22. Starting over: evaluation of a program that is part of the medication assisted treatment (mat) state opioid response (sor) grant; includes staff and client surveys for overdose prevention and intervention workshops. 23. Starting over: evaluation of the hear-us program that provides recovery support for people after their release from prison. 24. Ta mentoring services: evaluation of joven noble, a mentoring program for elementary school and middle school students. 25. Tuolumne me-wuk indian health center: community health needs assessment of tribal patients at the tribes health center. 26. University of California, riverside: a study on asthma symptoms among children living in close proximity to the salton sea. 27. Variety childrens charity of the desert: coachella valley-wide needs assessment of families with children under 18, related to special needs. The event keynote focused on workplace burnout and prevention, followed by an interactive breathwork session. Approximately 160 people attended the event.
