Home health and hospice services:hcr Manorcare, inc.'s home care services are designed to help medicallyable patients continue to strengthen and increase their ability to carefor themselves once they return home from a hospital stay. Servicessuch as wound care, infusion therapy, rehabilitation services andeducational information can be provided in the comforts of one's home.hcr Manorcare, inc.'s hospice services focus on the physical, spiritualand psychosocial needs of individuals in the last stage of their lives.hospice services are provided in people's homes and in skilled nursingand assisted living centers.
