Havenly empowers refugee and immigrant women through job training, education, and organizing. The non-profit program pays participants to attend classes and job-train in their cafe's kitchen. In 2022, Havenly worked with 39 women across 3 cohorts, graduating a total of 24 women for the year; the other 15 participants graduated in early January. Of the 24 graduates in 2022, 21 have found full-time employment after leaving Havenly.
