Lake House redesign to use the facility for a revenue generating program11. Move out of the rental properties next door and discontinue lease agreements to save money12. Continuous review of vendors and services to identify and eliminate waste13. Added the data enhancement, mat and co-occurring disorder grants from dmh for a total combined revenue of approximately $475,000 (cost-based funding for net margin of $0 but money is saved on services provided)14. Award of mdot grant value of $220,000 (25% match funding for the purchase of up to 2 ada passenger vehicles)
