Homeownership and home preservation program: families in need of a decent place to live build safe and affordable homes in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Kent County. Home preservation allows families to stay in their home and avoid the uncertainty of moving. Projects consist of repairs intended to alleviate critical health, life and safety issues or code violations.
Operation of resale outlet for donated new and used building materials to help fund home construction, reduce building materials taken to landfills, and provide an affordable way for low- and middle-income families to maintain and improve their homes.
