We serve primarily low-to moderate-income new yorkers earning roughly 50 to 90 percent of area median income. Since the inception of the related organization, Habitat new york city and westchester county, inc., Habitat Dean Street hdfc and its affiliates have served more than 1,900 families through our homeownership, Housing preservation and advocacy.
