As a convener, advocate, investor, and funder, ghf engages with key partners, developers, elected officials, community stakeholders, and residents to increase and preserve the supply of a variety of safe, accessible, high-quality, affordable Housing choices to support economic growth and promote prosperity for all citizens throughout Greenville county. Ghf supports the development and preservation of affordable Housing, manages the implementation of the communitywide affordable Housing strategic plan, launched the Greenville affordable Housing coalition to support ongoing community education, operates a land bank and a community land trust, and supports homeownership preservation.
