Skills & talent: build the most diverse tech workforce by aligning what employers need with what educators teach, so all residents in the region can see clear pathways to careers. Through strategic collaborations with industry, education and public sector leaders, the Partnership creates cross-jurisdictional tech talent pathways, providing economic opportunities for learners while fulfilling the workforce demands of employers in the region.
Regional mobility/infrastructure: advance transportation solutions that strengthen regional mobility and improve quality of life by connecting the super-region, ensuring equitable access, integrating innovation and improving consumer experience
Inclusive economic growth: support economic growth while working to close equity gaps and address long-term systemic diversity, equity and inclusion organization barriers by supporting diverse small and medium-sized businesses and innovative ecosystems, as well as fostering better employment outcomes for demographically diverse and underrepresented workforces.
Policy: conduct educational outreach to policymakers and other external stakeholders to promote policy solutions related to the Partnership's bodies of work, relying on data-driven, nonpartisan analyses allowing for a full and fair assessment of relevant facts about related legislation.
