To provide education to people interacting with visitors to the Greater Palm Springs region which result in improving the visitors' experience entered into a new agreement with College of the Desert PaCE to help develop this ambassador training program into an online self-paced training offered through the Foundation and COD PaCE. The partnership also includes certificate programs that provide skills and training for workers in the hospitality industry.
