("can do") was established in 1956 to secure New job opportunities and to promote and attract the establishment of New business for residents of the Greater Hazleton Area and surrounding communities.during the fiscal year ended 2024, the Hazleton Area school district opened its arts and humanities academy within the can do corporate center. Can do made significant investments in its water utility service thorugh its manganese filtration project. In addition, can do jumpstarted dozens of small businesses in the Hazleton Area through its small-business incubator.
