Greater Dayton Union Cooperative Initiative incubates cooperative businesses to create and retain good jobs in our region, building a local economy that works for all. The organization supports cooperatives in Dayton to provide services to the community that are not being provided by the private market or government, including food access, health and wellness education, trauma informed perinatal support and access to STEM tools. GDUCI also facilitates a training and business accelerator program that serves underrepresented business founders in starting cooperative businesses.
