In 2022, Affordable Housing Visions for Texas establishing alliances with other non-profits and for profits to enhance the quality of life of our residents, including:-joined forces with the Center for Health Empowerment, a group of health clinics in central Texas, to provide free screenings for our residents, assist with acquiring health insurance and pharmacy services.-joined with the HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere) Gallery to provide free art classes to residents-joined with High Gardens LLC, a aeroponic vertical farming consortium to apply for new grant funding to bring indoor growing pods and training to both our properties. -we made close to $200,000 in improvements to our Villas of Cordoba residences -on September 30, 2022, we closed a refinance of the mortgage debt in the amount of $12,660,000.00, as our old loan was maturing. This is what allowed us to pay our additional loans off and make improvements to the property.
