Grandy Community Center

The organization maintained the upkeep and maintenance of the Grandy Community Center, which is offered to people in the area to use at minimal cost. The organization does all the cleaning and pays all the related expenses for the facility. In 2023, the Community Center was used by the local cub scouts for meetings at no charge. Local families enduring various hardships are allowed to use the Center for funeral luncheouns at no charge. Others using the Community Center facilities at no charge include the youth snowmobile organization (for training) and the Grandy lions (monthly meeting). A pancake breakfast has also been hosted at the Community Center by the local lions club on multiple occasions throughout the year.

The organization maintains a baseball field for the benefit of the people in the Community, including area youth and 3 separate church groups. A nominal fee is charged to the church groups to assist with the cost of maintenance. In 2023, the area youth have been using the field at no charge. In 2023, the organization completed the construction of a pavillion on the property, which will provide facilites including outdoor seating and restrooms, in support of all activities of the Grandy Community Center.
