Program areas at Grand Rapids Public Museum

The Grand Rapids Public Museum serves as a living monument of artifacts, ideas and stories told through exhibits, a planetarium, events and educational programming that examine and interpret our humanity and our environment. In the last year, in addition to the Museum's three floors of core exhibitions, the grpm offered 5 major traveling exhibits, over a dozen Public educational programs, numerous school programs, and hosted various researchers at the Museum and archives. Additional offerings include classes, summer camps for children and youth, workshops, lectures, school tours, mini-exhibits and interpretive programming throughout the year. The grpm's vision is to instill passionate curiosity and a deeper understanding of the world around us.
