Recent achievements for the GO Project are listed below.Neighborhood Saturation. We continue to grow overall enrollment annually. We served 722 students during the 2018-2019 program year. Summer Learning. GO students avoid the summer slide by either increasing or maintaining their proficiency in reading and math skills over a 5-week period. MS/HS Matriculation. Using school quality data from the NYC Department of Education, our external evaluator created measures of middle school quality that account for schools ratings in student achievement, rigorous instruction, and a supportive environment. 71% of GO Students are attending strong middle schools compared to 60% of students citywide. 78% of GO Alum are attending strong high schools compared to 51% of students citywide.
