Glover Empowermentoring provides education and mentor services for youth and young adults. Its mission includes informing, interacting, and inspiring the younger generation through effective mentoring both locally in Kent, as well as through programs such as Girls basketball club and mall safety. Program areas at Glover Empowermentoring

T3AMS project is aimed to reduce the number of youth involved in shoplifting and other risky behaviors at Westfield South center Mall via contract through King County Best Starts for Kids funding.
To inform, interact, and inspire youth and young adults through effective case management and mentoring. GEM through its variuos funding sources directly serve over 300 youth and young adults yearly.
United Way funds go to support both GEM through Love and Liberation and Healing Support for youth and young adults in South King County.
