Pakistan Program: Supported access to education for girls in various rural Pakistani villages by providing funding to cover travel expenditures for safe transit to and from school, uniforms, and extra-curricular learning experiences (e.g., vocational training, exposure trips, and awareness workshops). Of the total expended, $2400 was used to cover in-country program oversight.
Provision of funds to support the education of students selected to participate in our fiscally-sponsored project, Project Wezesha's, program.
Tanzania Program: Provided funding to support young women from Western Tanzania in their pursuit of education by providing scholarships to those seeking university and vocational training and covering the fees associated with their high school education. Provided support for in-country program oversight in the amount of $2,250.
