During fy22 we experienced some recovery from the impact covid had on our ability to deliver the Girl scout experience. Our membership increased over the previous year and we had a successful camp program. Our product program was successful as well that teaches girls entrepreneurial skills. We still provided some events virtually, but hosted more in-person events than the previous year. Our staff turnover has been low compared to other organizations and we were able to give a salary increase to staff for the first time in several years.
