Program areas at GOL

Nurse-family partnership (nfp) is voluntary home visitation program for first-time moms who are pregnant 28 weeks or less and live in montgomery, macon, russell and autauga counties.
Parents as teachers (pat) is a an evidence-based home visitation program that provides pregnant women and families at a higher risk for infant mortality the support, resources and skills they need to become effective parents, increase self-sufficiency and encourage emotional, social and physical well-being for baby and family. Program services are provided prenatally through the age of two.
Mobile family coaching (mfc) is an innovative program that uses the evidence-based parents as teachers curriculum to educate parenting moms or caregivers through a combination of supportive messages relayed through texting, video, social media, phone calls and face to face visits.
