George Foreman Youth & Community Development Center

The Youth Center is still trying to sell its buildings & equipment. They've dropped the sales price and explored an auction sale. (this Center never recovered from the devastation of covid.) Its former purpose was to provide a place for troubled and disadvantaged children -- as well as offering fellowship and support for low-income elderly individuals. All expenses have been reduced to only utilities, security, one caretaker, etc ---- simply to keep the building in marketable shape.
