Gaudenzia has a long history of providing substance abuse prevention and treatment in a therapeutic community setting. Both outpatient and residential programs of varying lengths are available. Gaudenzia offers a multitude of programs and modifies its modality to meet the needs of special populations when necessary. Gaudenzia was the first organization in Pennsylvania to provide programs for women and their children in a residential setting.
