Program areas at Futures and Options

Last year, Futures and Options served 2851 students across ourmulti-layered program activities. We placed 385 new york city youth inpaid, mentored internships with employers throughout all five boroughts. 1304 young people benefitted from our career readiness workshops and curriculum. 19 students leveraged skills and professional networking in externship experiences with employers. 104 high school students attended college guidance initiative programming to receive support and prepare for the college application and financial process. 320 program alumni received alumni support services, including networking, mentorship, career panels and one-on-one coaching, bridging the gap between high school, college and careers. Lastly, 828 youth attended one of our on the road sessions in the community, where our staff delivered information sessions, attended career fairs, and deliveredoutreach to students and professionals.
