Home construction & rehabilitation: rehabilitation of substandard homes in Northwest Louisiana, consisting of repairs, fresh paint and replacement of windows, rotton woods and appliances. Construction of new Housing for low- income families. This program encompasses building new affordable homes for low-income families and individuals. Volunteers and prospective home owners participate in the construction. Once a home is completed, the owner signs a promissory non-interest, 20-year mortgage, payable to Fuller Center for Housing of Northwest Louisiana, Inc.
Surplus store: consists of excess material and other materials donated to the Center to be used and sold to the general public, to support the primary mission of building and renovationg homes for low-income clients.
Fuller grocery store: costs of operations of a grocery store to support the primary mission of building and renovating homes for low-income clients. The store was located in a targeted community where the mission of the organization is ongoing.
