In2022, we advocated for the inclusion of farmworkers in overtime benefits, grew our one-on-one technical assistance for bipoc Farmers seeking land, educatedthe public on farmer priorities through infarmations and webinars, participated inthe Oregon community food systems network and operationalized our commitments toequity in the agricultural sector through policy change. We have continued to expandour Oregon pasture network to include more pasture based animal producers around thestate and offer educational classes to improve practices. Our program "Oregon farmlink" continued the one-on-one technical assistance with the launch of the navigate program in addition to the normal function of connecting land seekers with land holders to advance Oregon's agricultural future.
