Fox Institute for Creation

The Fox Institute for Creation spirituality (fics) was approved on september 1st, 2016, by the Colorado department of higher education to operate as a religious school. The Institute offers certificates, master's and doctoral degrees and uses a holistic pedagogy first articulated by internationally renowned theologian, rev. Matthew Fox, ph.d. fics is incorporated in Colorado as a non-profit organization, employing trained, credentialed professors and staff. The Fox Institute for Creation spirituality is a graduate school that embraces a pedagogy that calls forth a society infused with an engaged, compassionate spirituality, a place where students become more makers of rather than consumers of contemporary culture. The Fox Institute provides experiences that enable each student to claim his/her power as a creator of culture and an agent of change. It is our intention that, through this educational paradigm, students discern the calling forth of their unique gifts and life-giving vocations and do groundbreaking work in the world.
