Program areas at Fort Freedom
12-week in person and virtual program that takes a holistic approach, incorporating fitness, nutrition, trauma therapy, and other wellness-based services. It aims to provide veterans with the necessary tools and support to regain control of their lives. A liberty outpost satellite office also delivers a comprehensive outpatient mental health program designed specifically for veterans and their families. Services include, individual & group therapy, integrated virtual curriculum, mind-body- spirit wellness blueprint, alumni integration & peer support, and vocational coaching & volunteer pathways.the office aims to serve at least 50 veterans with an annual capacity or 75-100 veterans. There were 10, 2, and 3 graduates in 2024 from the Freedom, honor and virtual programs, respectively.
